5. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product and issue a refund.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject your order at our discretion, including after automated confirmation. We may require additional verification and reserve the right to cancel or limit orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or violation of these Terms.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full amount of your order.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if items are missing or damaged.

8. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import restrictions applicable in the destination country. Delays due to customs processing are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

9. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30‑day returns on eligible items in original condition, including tags, accessories, dust bags, and packaging. Certain items may be final sale, as indicated on the product page or at checkout. To initiate a return, follow the process described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

10. Warranty & Authenticity

We stand by the quality of products offered on our Site. Unless otherwise stated, products are sold “as is” with any manufacturer’s warranty that may apply. For pre‑order or backorder items, your payment method may be authorized or charged at order placement. Estimated ship dates are subject to change. You may cancel before shipment unless otherwise noted on the product page.
