How to Start a Return
- Request an RMA. Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
- Receive label and instructions. We’ll send a prepaid return label (US only) and packing checklist. International customers will receive instructions.
- Pack securely. Include all original items: bag, dust bag, cards, tags attached, protective wraps, and gift packaging (if any).
- Ship it back. Drop off at the indicated carrier within 7 days of the RMA being issued. Keep your receipt/tracking.
- Inspection & refund. After QC (1–3 business days), we’ll process your exchange or refund to the original payment method.
Note: US return labels incur a flat $9.95 fee deducted from your refund. Exchanges ship free within the US.
Eligibility & Condition Requirements
- Items must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear (no creases, scratches, stains, or odors).
- All original packaging included: branded box (if applicable), dust bag, cards, booklets, spare parts, and any protective films.
- Security tags and brand tags must remain attached and untampered.
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of RMA approval.
- Proof of purchase from guccishoulderbag.org is required.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items marked as such at checkout
- Personalized or monogrammed products
- Gift cards
- Items showing wear, damage, or alterations after delivery
- Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for US customers on in‑stock items (e.g., different color) within 30 days. If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.
- Initiate via email to receive your RMA and exchange confirmation.
- Ship the original item back using the provided label.
- Exchange ships after the original passes QC.
Refunds & Timelines
- Inspection takes 1–3 business days after the package arrives at our facility.
- Refunds to the original payment method typically post within 3–10 business days (bank/issuer dependent).
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable. US return label fee ($9.95) is deducted from refunds.
- Partial refunds may apply if items are returned with missing components or show minor handling.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist quickly.
- We will provide a complimentary return label for verified issues.
- Replacements ship upon verification of the issue and availability.
International Returns
- Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or taxes.
- Mark the shipment as “Return Merchandise” to avoid additional import duties.
- Original duties and taxes are non‑refundable; you may claim them with your local customs where applicable.
Holiday & Gift Returns
Purchases made between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns until January 31 of the following year, subject to standard condition requirements.
- Gift returns may be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit to the recipient (upon request).
