How to Start a Return

  1. Request an RMA. Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Receive label and instructions. We’ll send a prepaid return label (US only) and packing checklist. International customers will receive instructions.
  3. Pack securely. Include all original items: bag, dust bag, cards, tags attached, protective wraps, and gift packaging (if any).
  4. Ship it back. Drop off at the indicated carrier within 7 days of the RMA being issued. Keep your receipt/tracking.
  5. Inspection & refund. After QC (1–3 business days), we’ll process your exchange or refund to the original payment method.

Note: US return labels incur a flat $9.95 fee deducted from your refund. Exchanges ship free within the US.

We offer free exchanges for US customers on in‑stock items (e.g., different color) within 30 days. If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

Refunds & Timelines

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist quickly.

International Returns

Holiday & Gift Returns

Purchases made between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns until January 31 of the following year, subject to standard condition requirements.

We can cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Can I return an item after using it once?

No. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all packaging and tags attached.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you used a combination of payment methods, we will refund proportionally.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer post‑purchase price adjustments at this time.

What if my package is lost in transit on return?

Use our provided, trackable label and retain the drop‑off receipt. We cannot process refunds for returns that do not arrive at our facility.
